Master Bath... South Overland Park 2009 Project
included demolition of an existing master flooring and wall tile. New 13"x13" decorative tile was installed
that included a heated SunTouch® Electric Heated floor system as well as newly tiled oversized shower and jacuzzi tub.

Master Bedroom Fireplace... South Overland Park 2009 Project
included demolition existing floor and wall tile and installation of new 13"x13" decorative tile surrounding
a gas lit fireplace.

Basement Bar / Entertainment Area... Leawood Project
included demolition of a storage area, rough-in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, trim, custom built back-bar
cabinets & wood ceiling along with a beautiful tile floor.

Entertainment Space... This Shawnee Project included a complete basement transformation
from concrete floors & walls to a finished entertainment space. We provided plumbing, electrical, framing,
drywall, tile flooring as well as finish carpentry services.

Basement Remodel... This 2009 Project included a complete basement

"Dream" Restroom... This Johnson County restroom included
tile floor and walls as well as a new toilet, vanity and a urnial. This "dream" restroom also was wired for
falt screen HD cable television and included a custom built tile shower. All electrical and plumbing services were provided.

Guest Suite... Project included a complete retransformation of an attic space to a quite guest bedroom,
complete with 3 closets, sleeping loft and living area. All walls and ceilings were covered with 3/4 knotty pine.
The space includesa tiled 3/4 bathroom, 2 new windows as well as 2 sky lights.

Creative Space... Shawnee Project included a creative solution to normally wasted space
beneath stairs. Usage of a pocket door allowed for a back area to include a refrigertaor and a wet bar.

Steam Shower... This north Johnson County project included a custom built "steam shower"
which required a sloped ceiling as well as a small equipemnt room for the steam pump.

Facelift... Project included tearing off the existing entry and adding a new concrete entry
with curved steps. Use of native rock was used to create a beautiful entry driveway retaining wall.
The entry includes 2 white columns. The entire roof was changed to a Gerard style roof which looks like red
tile. In addition, We added two "eyebrows" above the 2nd floor windows to add some character to the roof
line.

Basement Bar Booth... 2008 Project required the wood framing of a basement in a new house for
a entertainment area. Design incorporated an area for a "bar booth" that has brought hours of great memories
and fun to the family.

New deck for a Shawnee house that included integrating an
older deck into this newly expanded design. 6x6 columns were used to add 'weight' to the look as well as aluminum spindles
that 'spiced' up the design.
