Scott Hamele has owned and been involved in residential and commercial
general contracting companies since the mid-90's. Scott has also owned, maintained and managed residential and commercial
properties since 1991. Prior to that, Scott was involved in his families real estate investment business as a youth.
Hamele studied Engineering at the University of Kansas and uses his education in the refurbishing and remodeling
of multi-family and single family housing as well as commercial properties. Currently, Scott is a partner in Twin Oak
Ventures, a real estate investment company with offices in Overland Park, KS and Austin, TX.
Hamele has been honored with countless awards including Associated Builders & Contractors award for
Tenant Finish Construction Projects and The Presidents Awards from the Shawnee Rotary Club.
Scott was also appointed by the County Commissioners to be a founding member
of the Johnson County Kansas Contractors Licensing Review Board. Hamele brings over 20 years of experience
in real estate development, construction, remodeling and property management.
