Construction DesignWorks, LLC (CDW) specializes in small to medium size design-build projects in both
the residential and commercial real estate markets. CDW offers expertise in both home remodels as well as commercial
tenant finish. We also provide framing (metal & wood stud), drywall & acoustical ceiling crews nationwide.
In addition, CDW also offers
consulting and outsourced services to franchisee's, real estate investors and agents, construction companies
and architectural firms in helping design and manage projects as well as prepare and obtain construction estimates.
Scott Hamele has owned and been involved in residential and commercial
general contracting companies since the mid-90's. Scott has owned, maintained and managed both residential and commercial
properties since 1991. Hamele studied Engineering at the University of Kansas and uses his
education in the construction and remodeling of commercial, multi-family and single family housing. Scott is a
partner in Twin Oak Ventures, a real estate investment company with offices in Overland Park, KS and Austin, TX. Scott
is also a partner in a real estate investment company located in Portage, WI which owns and operates real estate
in Wisconsin and Florida. Hamele has been honored with countless
awards including Associated Builders & Contractors award for Tenant Finish Construction
Projects and The Presidents Awards from the Shawnee Rotary Club. Scott has passed
the Experior Class A-General Contractors test which is required by numerous licensing agencies
nationwide. Scott was appointed by the County Commissioners
to be a founding member of the Johnson County Kansas Contractors Licensing Review Board.
Hamele brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction, remodeling and property management.
